Today, the words “vegan” and “gluten free” can be heard almost everywhere. We tried experimenting with these concepts, and we made a perfect summer delight that will excite every palate. Raspberry sorbet made with 40 % fresh fruit, water and sweetener which we complemented with the ultimate superfood — chia seeds.  Besides the fact that raspberries and chia seeds are considered healthy for the human body, since they are high in fibres and proteins, they are a perfect combination of light and creamy texture and very few calories.

Danas se mnogo susrećemo s pojmovima „Vegan“ i „Glutenfree“. Probali smo ići u tom pravcu i dobili smo savršen ljetni i lagani užitak u kojem će uživati svako nepce. Sorbet od maline koji sadrži 40%  svježeg voća, vode i sladila upotpunili smo s superhranom-chia sjemenkama.  Uz to što se maline i chia sjemenke smatraju zdravima za ljudski organizam, jer sadrže vlakna i proteine, čine savršenu kombinaciju lagane i kremaste teksture  sa jako malo kalorija.

The hazelnut is the fruit of the hazel plant (Corylus avellana) which flourishes in the Mediterranean thanks to its favourable climate. The most precious variety of the hazelnut is the Tonda Gentile Trilobata. It is cultivated on the picturesque slopes of the Langhe mountain, and it also goes by the name “Nocciola del Piemonte”, “the Piedmont hazelnut”. 

The quality is that which we emphasized in this ice cream, although we are sure that no one can resist its the taste. From the best variety of hazelnut, which has a very crispy pulp, we made a cream with a perfect texture, and then we complemented it with our very best ingredients. This is how we got a beautiful and delicate taste which cannot go unnoticed on the shelves.

Besides, the land on which this hazelnut is grown was in 2014 added to UNESCO’s World Heritage List.

Lješnjak je plod lijeske (Corylus avellana) koji najbolje uspijeva na mediteranu zahvaljujući njegovim klimatskim uvjetima. Najcjenjenija sorta lješnjaka je „Tonda Gentile Trilobata“ koja se uzgaja u padinama planine Langhe u sjevernoj Italiji, naziva se „Nocciola del Piemonte“  te se smatra najukusnijim na svijetu. 

Stoga, sladoled ima naglasak na kvaliteti, iako će okus biti neodoljiv za svako nepce, sigurni smo. Od najboljeg lješnjaka koji ima vrlo hrskavu pulpu, dobili smo savršenu teksturu kreme koju smo upotpunili s našim kvalitetnim sastojcima, te dobili prekrasan i nježan okus sladoleda koji na policama ne može proći ne zamijećen.

Također, od 2014.-te godine zemljište na kojem se uzgaja navedeni lješnjak uvršteno je na Unesco-ov popis mjesta svjetske baštine.

Poznato je da je zemlja Gana nakon Obale Bjelokosti najveći izvoznik kakaovih zrna od kojih se proizvodi čokolada jer stabla kakaa rastu u vrućim, kišnim tropskim područjima unutar 20° geografske širine od ekvadora.  Poljoprivrednici kakaa ne koriste opremu već svoju zalihu stvaraju ručno što mu i daje opravdanu  kvalitetu  precizno mljevenih i pečenih zrna.

So far, we have represented two Italian manufacturers and offered our own ice cream bases. Since we are a large ice cream manufacturer, bases from all over the world are available to us, and we make a selection of the best novelties each year which we then use in the production of our ice cream. And seeing how we are a representative of one manufacturer, our customers who buy ice cream bases are limited to the novelties of just that manufacturer. Over the course of the 30 years that we have been active, we have learned that there isn’t a single manufacturer of ice cream bases whose entire offer consists of only the best products. Consequently, we have decided to offer our customers who buy ice cream bases something new that has never before been available on the market. A selection of for ice cream bases which comprises several manufacturers on the market. For the year 2021, our customers who buy ice cream bases will be able to choose products from more than 10 different market leaders on the market. Već dugi niz godina svima koji žele proizvoditi vlastiti sladoled uz strojeve za proizvodnju sladoleda i vitrine za sladoled nudimo sirovine za proizvodnju sladoleda. Do sada smo zastupali 2 talijanska proizvođača te smo nudili i vlastite sirovine za sladoled. Kao veliki proizvođač sladoleda dostupne su nam sirovine iz gotovo čitavog svijeta gdje svake godine radimo selekciju najboljih noviteta koje biramo za proizvodnju naših sladoleda. Kao zastupnici jednog proizvođača naši kupci sirovina uvijek su limitirani na novitete baš tog proizvođača. Kroz 30 godina rada naučili smo da niti jedan proizvođač sirovina za sladoled nema sve najbolje. Sukladno tome odlučili smo našim kupcima sirovina ponuditi nešto novo što nikad do sada nije bilo dostupno na tržištu. Selekciju asortimana sirovina za sladoled sastavljenu od proizvoda više proizvođača na tržištu. Za 2021. naši kupci sirovina za sladoled moći će birati proizvode od preko 10 različitih proizvođača tržišnih lidera na tržištu.
